Too many fees, not as helpful as should be

The fees are ridiculous for using this service. Filing self-employment in another state than I live in was very confusing and not thoroughly described to the user.

Turbo Tax made it very easy to file my return. Anytime I wasn't sure about something, I could click the little question mark next to the item to get more information / guidance. The aesthetics of Turbo Tax makes doing taxes A LOT less intimidating. And when our return got rejected because I forgot to include a piece of personal information, Turbo Tax walked me through how to correct it and refile it (which took a total of 3 minutes) and even had a video of a real tax expert saying "don't worry, it's an easy fix" which really did help me to relax! I never thought I'd be reviewing a tax company, but here we are - 5 stars for Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax doesn't allow me to e-file.

The app works very well to fill out information however, I have never been able to e-file ever since I got married. My wife is a Non-Resident Alien with no SSN nor an ITIN and for that reason Turbo Tax does not allow me to e-file and I always have to print and file by mail. If I had another way to e-file, I would use that instead of Turbo Tax every single time.

Turbo Tax, the winner!

Turbo tax is very user friendly, intuitive and accurate. All the IRS forms that are seamlessly handled by the software. The user interface is very good making it easy to use. I have been using Turbo tax for over 15 years. Each each year the product gets better.
