Fine for what it is, just watch out for tricks

Software itself was fine. Marketing and pricing were both unclear and at one point I was forced to upgrade to a more expensive product because of an error in importing a document. Overall filing our taxes should be free.

So easy to upload documents and no endless paperwork to fill out. Could do it from my phone so fast and just answered questions. Not hard at all!
