App is not friendly at all.

The application cannot recognized what is an RMD and what is a PENSION. wasted so much time trying to figure out the app instruction. Did not scan properly a 1099 RMD (National Service) and instructed me to file by regular mail when I wanted to fill electronically

It worked pretty well this year. Only took a few hours. It would go faster if the continue button did not require that I scroll down to click on it.

Product is good. Upsells are very, very, very annoying. Often it is difficult to determine how to decline an upsell. I just want the base product, no to all marketing of other products.
