Through and easy to use interface. Question lead interview prompts for information. Pretty good explanations of what to put in specific areas. A few items are not as intuitive as they should be - estimated taxes (both current year and next year estimates) should be easier to access. Also, it should be easier to access a "paper" copy of the return at any time (once paid for of course).
