Poorly written guidance and instructions.

There are a number of your instructions that, when taken literally, do not provide accurate guidance or are completely contrary to tax agency instructions. Other instructions are open to interpretation, which could be remediated through several clarifying words or sentences.
Also, the animation does not convey the seriousness and professionalism expected of a tax preparation service.

This greedy corporation and others like it lobbied the federal government to make tax filing a business. Unfortunately I am stuck paying for a service that should have never been a paid service.
