The auto download of financial docs (without you entering username and password of the financial site) from places like Merrill caused issues where it wanted you to review each stock trade. If you manually downloaded the docs it didn't require a review for stock trades. You had to delete the auto downloaded docs but that was pretty easy.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Crazy easy, always maximizes my refund, you just fill in the blanks with your paperwork and the software does all the work for you! If you have any issues you just ask the live help on the right side of the screen! Been using TT for at least 10 years now, and everything is transferred automatically from year to year, it makes everything so easy!
