I usually use a Tax Preparer which cost a substantial. I didn't realize how easy it was to use Turbo Tax and how the system answers questions along the way... Great experience

Disappointed

Very disappointed. I've used Turbo Tax for many years, but it's getting more cumbersome when it should be getting easier. I was constantly getting bumped back and forth - I think I had to do one return three times.
Maybe next year I will try someone else.
Also I was charged more than I thought originally I would be..

The price keeps going up as you do your taxes and then you have to upgrade at the end.
