not the best year

Much buggier this year - I enter my dividends and interest manually - it makes me tell that for every one - waste of time. Also - not all the categories on the investments are listed 1099-DIV 2e, 2f. Still 1000 times better that doing taxes manually (yes, I am that old)

Technical Glitches AGAIN!

Every year there is a glitch in your software. This year was no exception. I am a tax expert but not a software guru. I don't need "tax advice" but I need the technical support. This year I lucked out and was able to speak to James. He was professional courteous and very helpful. He stayed with me to figure out where to put the QCD reduction to the RMD, he helped me get other info as well. He get 5 stars but the program only gets 2. Give him a raise.
