Stocks suck

Very not happy with the extra fee just because I had stock income. There was nothing extra Turbo Tax had to do. I added the documents on my end.

Turbo Tax is good, but a bit clunky

As my taxes get more complicated, some functions in this program are clunky, like the function of bulk processing missing fields for short and long term stock trades, it would be nice if the program would role into the next entry that is flagged rather than needing to use the back button.

Changes in the TurboTax system made filing harder,

I have used TurboTax for several years and was happy with the results. However, this year I was not happy. It didn’t auto-populate certain areas like it has in the past. It was like I’d never used TurboTax before. I liked that previously it would compare and prompt when something needed further care, and the names, ID numbers etc were brought over from last year’s filing. This year it was as if I had never used TurboTax.
On the positive side, I was able to download financial information and it was much easier that way.
