Turbo Tax seems to cost double what it used to cost to file! I used turbo tax to save money by doing my own taxes., but now all these extra fees and charges i might as well have a expert do it for me and save me time. $25 for direct deposit? really? $40 to file now? $60-$100 for ( extra ) benefits. unreal and wont use again!!

Confusing process for entering income. Took me in circles three different times to enter the same information. Then ended up with duplicate forms entered. Also, pages rendered required constant scrolling down the page to select continue or other options. Your IT guys need to fix that
