Like the ease of use. Asks questions to guide me thru my tax info. Would like to see the federal and state refund calculator at the top of the page from the beginning of my federal return, not towards the end.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I got caught in an endless loop a couple times, but was able to work around. Some of the help screens could have been more specific and tailored to what I was already showing on the screen.
