TurboTax is the best tax program I've used

Very easy to use. Have been using Turbotax for 20 years. I have tried other programs and always come back. They have improved so much with answers to questions. The only complaint I have is that you can't see the actual form as you are putting info in the way they used to show it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Overly Simplified and now Useless

I found this year's version of Turbo Tax to be AWFUL! I could not look at my actual return in-process, could not get answers to simple questions, and had great difficulty printing a copy of my return at the end.
It felt like you have dumbed down the tool so much that an intelligent person cannot use it. That may seem contradictory- but I needed to interact with the tool and could not do so.
