TurboTax is Ok at best

I managed to bludgeon my way through the incessant attempts to upgrade to unnecessary services I never wanted and file my Federal forms. I fought against the poorly designed system using the actually not completely awful interface to file my state taxes correctly. The program would not allow me to choose the correct form to file my state taxes so I decided to file directly through my state's revenue service portal instead of paying more taxes when I should be receiving money according to the CT DRS website.
