I am not a numbers person and do not know much about tax laws or rules. Last year I went to an accountant and it was $600 to do the same work. I cannot afford to pay an accountant this year due to cuts in pay coming soon and cost of living. I really appreciate how easy it was to do.

Quality of the app is not there - expect problems

In general OK, but UI became less functional that previous years and several parts have defects and do not function properly - in my case foreign tax data entry could not end successfully, had to go in circles multiple times and some INT forms were imported incorrectly, blocking validation. Validation itself was buggy and could not end up successfully. Tool is overpriced and constant requests to upgrade to not needed subscriptions are annoying., Really annoying.
