TurboTax is ok

There are many unclear parts in the user interface and help, including things like being able to file state by mail. (the help gives instructions on how to do this but the options it describes do not exist in the actual software).

return input is fine, but why not reward RETURNING/LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITH PROMOTIONAL FEES instead of just NEW people?

My little mistake

Used Turbo Tax last couple of years and it performed well. Thought I had received information that it had been received by IRS and accepted, but then I received information that they had not received my IPI number. It has now been completed as of today 02/19/2025.Will remember to check back and see if accepted by IRS.
