good and easy to use

IT WAS difficult and confused for me to start to open my tax return for entries
there is no clear open or start to open my new or left off return. it takes me almost 1 hour to figure out
and there so many advertisements salong the way can be confused

User Friendly Easy to Understand and Follow

I had a fairly easy return this year and did not have to have help this time with my taxes. Turbo tax software is amazing and user friendly.

Turbo tax is good but I had one significant issue

Preparing my taxes with Turbo Tax was mostly good. Preparing my taxes actually got difficult toward the end of the process because I had a lot of difficulty solely filing my federal taxes because I can do my State online through the State for free in a much shorter period of time than it takes to complete my federal taxes. In addition, I can write off more items through my State taxes compared to my federal taxes. The software is set up to divert you into paying for filing both federal and state taxes, despite that I did not go through the complete process of going through my State tax form, adding key missing information, and verifying the form was filled in correctly. It was more difficult than I anticipated to only file and pay for the filing of my federal taxes. It probably took me a 1/2 hour over two nights to resolve the issue.
