Turbo tax makes it easy to file, they list common and uncommon tax situations and have a question box in case you are not sure.

Great product. Extra fees are annoying.

I really like the service and how fast it is. The hidden fees at the end are really aggravating. You don't know how much you are going to pay as every new thing that can help you get your taxes or make it easier to file is an additional fee. The fees should be made clear up front, not nickle an dimed at the end.
