Been using Turbo Tax for several years now. Gone from the freebie version and 1040EZ to 1040A to 1040 long form to 1040 self-employed and now this year 1040 for Seniors. Would have given them 5 stars but for the sales pitches to upsell to MAX and add live experts. Some folks might need those products, but for the average taxpayer just answer all the questions HONESTLY and you'll be fine.

I have used TurboTax for 9 years straight and each year it gets a little more difficult to use. It tells you to make corrections but does not provide help to do it.
What should have taken 2 hours to complete, it took 5 hours and 15 minutes due to not being as clear on what to do.

TurboTax shouldn't exist

They keep lobbying for taxes to be done this way so they can keep charging us to file the taxes in our place.
