terrible and a scam

You guys are too sneaky with the popups and hidden fees. Gave two stars because i was at least able to catch most of these scams and finished my report. You force premium and all this stuff we literally dont need and its insulting, especially when i make such a small return.

It's also easy. I love how they walk through every step, and you can choose rather to have someone look at it with you. And there are safeguards in place so your information is always safe.

Good overall

We have used Turbo tax for years, paid extra for business and have been satisfied with the service. However this year we got hit with back taxes through our state. Apparently turbo tax does not calculate my states gross-receipt tax which we were unaware of. Our fault being we should have looked into this before starting a business. It would be great if they could!
