Good service.

The process was smooth and easy. I had a little problem trying to pay at the end but finally it went through then my taxes were filed. However, I felt a little tricked into buy the premium version. I wasn't given the option of declining the premium service.

Imports were duplicating increasing tax liability

Each time I logged in I would get a notice that my investment forms were imported. They were being newly imported each time, meaning it was duplicating the forms and adding to my tax liability. I am glad I caught it and was able to delete the duplicated forms.

It was extremely easy to use and understand. I definitely would not have been able to do my state taxes without using TurboTax.

Good product, Annoying Upsell tactics.

Program software and accompanying information access is quite good. The only downside to this product is the constant up-selling that is done to try and secure payment for additional services. Adding to that is a bundling effort on Credit Karma for ID protection as well as savings/checking account creation - which becomes quite irritating. I recommend you stop doing these actions as there are now many other options for tax return development and submission that are both less expensive/free and come without the constant sales pitch and money grabs.
