Difficult and unclear andredundant issues. Spent hours by myself, and without asistanc would never be done. I had an excellent experience with Charles, and will recommend friends to Intuit.

Product is fine. Service is terrible. Gives the option to e-fil major city tax but failed every time I tried to submit until I decided to file by mail. Also, every time I get done with a section, it tries to upsell you to the highest service.

Turbo Tax is a great service!

It's fast and easy. Even though we file jointly, the forms are easy to understand, and when you have a question, their AI can answer it.
