little confusing. tax experts big help. kept reviewing things too many times. correct numbers are correct numbers.

Constantly charging me and upselling me forcing me to pay more then I should. I went from getting money back to owing money and I don't appreciate that. Next year I will likely look for alternatives to file my taxes. You just lost a potential lifetime customer

Good deal for simple taxes!

Overall I think it is worth it. No question it saves time and is easy to use. I can't wait to have simple taxes again, but most of my questions are answered. A chat person was not able to help and simply told me to upgrade which was a bit of a waste of time!

Turbo Tax Disappointed - always been a big fan.

Turbo tax took a step back. My federal couldn't e-file because of a form error. Yet when I went back and did a review it told me their were no errors. I did this multiple times, it could not tell me what the problem was.
State retrun could not be e-filed as my wife is a retired teacher and Turbo Tax told me an additional form was needed, and I would have to file manually. This is a well know issue with Massachusetts Teachers, it should have been fixed or at least explained better.
