I remember growing up, watching my parents spread out hundreds if not thousands of papers and receipts all over their dining room table every spring and wondered, "what in the WORLD?!" as they prepared to file their taxes the old-fashioned way (aka 1990s). They have a hired tax person now, but I am trying to get them to make the switch. I tell them it only takes me TWO HOURS not several hours a day for weeks to do my taxes. The technology is so intuitive, user-friendly, and there are questions to all answers already built into each section as you go. There is always an option to click for LIVE HELP. I love the explanations/definitions for things I am unsure of. I have been using TurboTax for many years now and swear by it. Thank you for making something that could be extremely perplexing and frustrating, so easy, managible, and a timesaver.
