Have used TurboTax for MANY years.
Frustrated, Uneasy, Overly Complicated, NOT User Friendly, Confused. The WORST TurboTax experience EVER. Terribly confusing on the simplest tax documents I have submitted since the 1970's.
I will use different software in 2025
Feel TOTALLY RIPPED OFF by Intuit.

Requiring me to pay taxes on capital gains from online stock trading which has nothing to do with oklahoma. Unable to continue filing without selecting an option for capital gains so I had to pretend that the capital gains were from a stock within an Oklahoma corporation. No to mention I was already tazed on these capital gains.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Predatory business practices

Before I had made a deliberate choice, Intuit locked me into its "Premium" product that I did not need. I could not downgrade to "Deluxe" pricing without losing hours of effort. This tax year will be the last that I use Intuit.
