Taxes were easy like every year but I'm getting the same back and I was to do the 4000 early but not this year and not sure why? more stars if I knew why.

Convenient, and easy for the most part. Pretty straightforward, no waiting for an hour, to spend an hour, to pay an absurd amount of money for base level service.

Honestly my favorite filing service. Tax season makes me nervous and the way my parents always acted regarding taxes always made the process seem even more daunting. Turbotax makes it easy and efficient. It even helped me with filing taxes for the business I started this year that I had been stressing out about. Quick and easy.
