I paid for my copy of turbo tax to download and had issues because I was on windows 10. I eventually use the online version to complete my return and even though i could have completed it for free it was good.

Rather have it on disk-without a disk it hard to save and more confusing< plus is something goes wrong it harder to correct.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It is always a pleasure filing with Turbotax. It is easy to navigate, equipped with great explanations + extra support. I like that if you have filed previously, your information is already there - ready to be loaded and makes filing quick and easy.
