cost to much for the product I got also hit me with state fees and processing fees and prem fee.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbo is changing, charging more with less perks

Supposed to be free and it isn't... keep getting "added" benefits with more fees and no online support as advertised in multiple platforms. I've done taxes with turbotax in different years and it's never been this expensive/complicated.
Credit where credit is due... the platform seems easy to navigate thru and the FAQs are somewhat helpful.
