Do It yourself is fine

I actually look forward to filing my taxes every year with Turbo Tax! Easy to walk through, get my federal and state taxes all wrapped up in about 2 hours or less!

For the most part easy to follow. I did run into a few confusing stops that I did not find clear answers on how to fix and had to use a lot of trial and error to correct.

Turbo Tax isn't what it used to be

I have used Turbo Tax for years with no problems at all. This is the first year that I felt uncomfortable with the format and ease of use. In one instance, I felt bounced around and confused about where data should be inserted. When I figured it out, the program did not give me the sense of security that everything was done correctly. If I just had reqular data to put in, then the program seems okay.
