Well worth the Cost!

Experience with TurboTax has been great. I have been filing with them for multiple years and the guides are helpful. If I make a mistake (which I do frequently), it is caught before submitting. The price is reasonable, granted I use the basic version where I do things myself, and I can use part of my federal refund to pay the fee so my credit card information is not necessary. 10/10 would recommend.

I used the free edition and it still made me pay. I also clicked use tax return as payment and the option didn't work. Smooth for filing though.

I love Turbo Tax. It's user friendly and walks you through the whole process!! I also like that it saves your information so the next years return goes even smoother. I recommend it to my friends every year during tax time.

mixed review - I did my taxes twice! The first time, when I got to my state return the program would not allow me to correct its entries into my quarterly adjusted annualized income. When I tried to clear the state portion, the program cleared everything including my federal return entries. Yes, I had to re-do everything. There were no glitches on my second round. I would not have gone back to use Turbo tax this year but for the fact I have saved information that I am deducting portions of in future years. I am not sure whether I'll use this software again next year.
