Errors and Difficulty finding forms after review

After running into certain issues, I had to go back and edit a form, had issues locating it after the review point.
I also uploaded my 1098, and the information the app withdrew was terribly incorrect. I Snipped it in case I would be able to report the error.

Charge way too much to file. If you do work and add deductions they charge $45 for a premium to add info that they should have allowed in the first place

Turbotax is my favorite tax prep software because it's easy and clear for me to use. I especially appreciate the comfortably large fonts. I have a busy schedule so I tend to enter my tax info every few days as it arrives. It's so nice to be able to pick up right where I left off. It's great being able to go to any area within TurboTax that I choose. For example, if a 1099-INT form arrives in the mail I simply type '1099-INT" into the search feature--Turbotax will take me directly to that section where I can make my entry for the day, log out, and the information is automatically saved every time. Of course you can also do your entire tax return in one sitting. I just prefer to knock mine out as my tax documents arrive. Then I e-file and I'm good to go for another year.

Cringe "Pay us more money or have identity theft!"

Constant prompts to pay more and upgrade are simply a nuisance and hindrance. Also not well described what upgrades are required for. Provides and otherwise useful importing of info from external accounts.
