Great Software, Very thorough questioning processes, please add an option to upload documents using the cell phone to snap photos on the spot in Full Service, just like the area in which we are able to snap a photo to upload a W2 form. Thanks

Love the service overall, questionable fees

I have used Turbo Tax every since i have been independently filing my taxes. Love the site, they make things super simple and easy. Being bale to import your documents straight from the entities save a lot of time manually entering the amounts. The one thing i did not understand this year was the $40 fee for using my federal refund to pay for the service. I may just not have noticed it in previous years, but I think that is rather stupid.

I had to deal with stock option sales, whereby the brokerage showed net gain, but no tax withholding. The W-2 had the withholding information. I also had received a small inherited IRA. I think TurboTax helped me work out both issues correctly.

Changing too much charging too much

Each year it gets a little less transparent. I wish they would have shown the calculations has you processed your refund. Also it shouldn't charge over $100 to do a SIMPLE refund.
