Good experience. First page was confusing where they were trying to sell the higher price plan, I wasn't sure if I should click continue or not. A little confusing

Premium Doesn't Include Everything

IT's pricey, and you are kind of forced into Premium. The problem is that it doesn't include the ability to deduct the fees from your return!! They stick ANOTHER fee on at the end!! Lame. If you are making me pay for a PREMIUM service, include ALL the services!
