I've used turbo Tax since before I was able do my own. I learned from my aunt who was doing my parents taxes, and she taught me at 16 years old so I could do them for them. I'm 45 years old now so like I said have been using this product a majority of my life. It's a great software to use for beginner and advance tax preparers.

easy to use, have used every year doing my taxes, except last year when i had school loan and scholarship information and was getting confused
