Turbo Tax is pretty easy

If I could, I would ask the president to drag every single one of your dumb, pencil neck, short d1ck, disgusting fuc3ing lobbyists out to the middle of the Atlantic and drop them there. Incredible how you make it so difficult for regular citizens to do their own taxes. Imagine a single mother who relies on her refund for extra money, and you terrible evil a$$holes force her to pay them when they could as easily do it for free. /S

Love the user friendly platform and guidance that's provided throughout the process. TurboTax made filing my taxes simply which is why I've been a dedicated customer since its inception.

Easy filing, website issues though.

The website worked really well, with the exception of it randomly signing me out and making me re-sign in every 15 minutes during a 2 hour ordeal. I've never had that issue before when filing my taxes through TurboTax for the last 7 years. With that being the only issue I had, it is a great thing to file both federal and local taxes in one sit down session, even with the added heartache of the constant signing out.

TurboTax never gets it right the first time

I've used Turbo Tax for the past 5 or 6 years and the return never gets filed correctly the first time. Something will always go wrong because they don't ask for the information they need until after you've tried to e-file. Information it should already have on file from past years returns. Sometimes the IRS will reject the return but you won't know until summer and have to pay a late fee. TurboTax likes to think it's simple and user friendly, but it's kinda garbage.
