TurboTax Decline

TurboTax USED to be a good product. Now it uses it's titan status to gouge its customers and decline refunds when mistakes are made. Used TurboTax for twenty years now, but its become clear they use their industry leader status to scrape the pocket linings of its customer base. TurboTax is garbage. Go with any one of the newer and reputable companies. From here forward, I will.
