Last customer service interaction was totally awesome. She went above and beyond the rest of them. She never hung up on me or cold transfered me when they couldn't resolve the issue

It kept me going in circles and finally just grabbed my phone and was able to finish. I’m about done with this, it seems turbo tax gets more and more difficult to use each year.
