Overpriced, not always correct

Often has discrepancies of items that need to be "fixed" that don't correspond with the amounts on tax documents and the only way around is to file by mail. The user ease is good but I would hope so for the amount that is charged for the service. Live tax advice should be included in the base price.

TurboTax makes my tax prep easy

When needed, Help Text answered my questions. I did have a need to talk to a Technical Support agent when I had some unexpected Review questions, and he helped me resolve every one.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
