WORKER at TURBOTAX was amazing with assisting me!!

Finding it HARDER to import information at times. WOULD rather type myself. It seems it makes it harder to do this??
I had to CALL Turbotax to resolve an error before I could transmit my return,and I MUST say I had an AMAZING worker. SO KIND and PATIENT and helped me with EVERYTHING....

Not sure I will ever use this product again

It was the worst experience in my years of using the product. The import section from financial institutions was ridiculously flawed!

Too expensive. Will not use again.all myinformation is gathered or electrnically submitted. This should costabout half of what they charge of 89 bucks.

Have been using it for many years. They keep up with the tax law changes and also keep a record of my return for me. They take you step by step and even answer questions you may have. I like the convenience of e-filing and they track it all the way through for you.
