I have used Turbo Tax for years. Just entering my numbers and down loading my taxes that I might need a copy of. Once, I needed my taxes for a certain year but, I had bought a new computer and didnt have the hard copy. I simply log into my Turbo Tax Account, went to the year and down loaded it, Life saver, easy to use and Cheaper than going to tax preparer....anyways for me it works well!

Turbotax is easy. It basically does everything for you. Pulls in your documents with ease, makes sure you're getting all your deductions and remembers a lot of info you had before that can still apply to the current return.
