Turbo tax could do better

It is overly complicated. For something that is suppose to make filling taxes easier to understand it could do a lot better job of explaining and simplifying the process. Some parts that should have examples or an explanation of what is being asked. Some forms do not give you a way to go back or correct information. I feel the process is meant to scare you into paying more for filing. It also cost to much just to use the basic filing and keeps adding additional fees if you do not want to use those additional programs
