I would give it zero stars if I could.
You wring money out of us every way you can. Most of the ways are devious.
I thought the state return was included. Apparently not. You bank on me giving in because of the time invested.
To be honest the "other" software made a $2,000 error, not in my favor. This whole thing is ugly.

turbotax is greedy

turbo tax is nice to use but when your doing a regular tax return and charged over 150 dollars to file turbotax has gotten greedy. used to be 49 dollars to file.

Difficult starting, no copy of finished return

Very difficult to get the return started in spite of having used turbo tax in past years.
No copy of the finished return was offered.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax makes filing less of a headache

I've used Turbo Tax for over a decade, but I was not so grateful as I am this year for the software's ability to provide explanation of subjects, automatically populate information from last year, and bring over data from my Federal to State return.
