Disappointed

Very disappointed. Past years had easy system where I could go back to any section of 1040 to review or edit. This new online system did not allow me to do that without nearly starting over or hitting several back arrows to get where was needed.

It is very convenient to do my taxes using Turbotax. I enjoy the service, and plan to use it next year as I have for many years. However, it continually changes, that is, the view, the format and the process. And because of that I am a little frustrated, but I will still use it. It is a great product!

Great overall but double check investment income

Great overall experience. The time estimate was way off though, took me over 5 hours instead of the estimated 2 (which is due in part to investment income and needing to review a number of sales that didn't transfer perfectly from investment company).
Another thing with investment income -- it doubled all of my stocks sales. I only caught this as I was reviewing immediately prior to filing. Somehow this wasn't caught in the process. I was prompted by turbotax only once to review these sales, but somehow doubled them. I had to go back and delete the duplicates and then everything was sorted out fine. But that made the difference between owing big on a return and getting a refund.
