Crypto is hard but Turbotax is not

Nice and easy, the only thing is that dealing with Crypto was very difficult. Not Turbotax's fault, but the IRS's Turbotax could do a better job of explaining how to fix the digital asset issues.

Your product continues to be user friendly. The exception this year was having to use online version as our computer does not have system requirements to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11.

Sneaky overcharge attempt

I had to wipe it all out because you charged me for expert advice, which I did not know about or use, last year and again this year. You made it impossible to change. Very sneaky for such a good product. I've been a customer for years and years and this upset me. I will look for another product.

I always file with turbo tax; I find it quicker and easier to file. I also like the feature they added with the Chat bot. It answered questions and provided me with helpful information.
