I love using Turbo Tax. I've been using it for over 10 years now. When I switched from a desk top to a Chromebook, it was seamless.

Great product, feels deceptive on pricing

Incredibly easy to use. I cannot stand the hidden fees. For years it said free return, but if you had a single investment, it was not free. This was not shown until you paid. Now it gives a "discount" of $40 but then charges you $40 to process the deposit. I had thought this was only done with the use of federal return money, but it is done regardless of the processing choice. The constant pushing for Max and to upgrade, it feels like I'm being harassed at every step of the way and then deceived at the end by my total. Frankly, its deceptive but I have my information easily accessible here and have no reason to go to another place to file. Which I believe is the point
