TurboTax makes returns easy; the information transmits year-to-year, and things are much easier to download. Takes a lot of the guesswork out of filing my taxes.

Not What It Use To Be

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years or more and have always liked it. I am not sure what happened to it this year, but I hated it. The whole format was different. It wouldn’t let me go back to where I wanted to. It kept knocking me out and making me start over with my password. I thought it was very confusing. I will be looking for another tax return brand for next year.
