I don't like the fact that ya'll charge ridiculous amounts just to file. You charge the regular fee to file which I am fine with but then you rip me off by charging additional fees just to take money. I shouldn't have to pay to have my refund direct deposited when previous years, turbotax never charged for direct deposit.
