Turbo Tax is Helpful & Wonderful

It is a wonderful and easy to use product. Very user friendly for my more complicated tax situation. It is worth the money spent to get my lovely refund!

The investment forms 1999-DIV and 1099-B are terrible. It asks you to review various investment names and the amounts but does not clearly indicate how to confirm they are actually correct. It then takes you in a circle back to the same point. The help area is worthless for this. It even had me re-enter my Edward Jones account again when it appeared to have been deleted but then it just doubled the EJ account info and asked for the same reviews. My income and investments are dead simple and should take 1 hour. Two days later and 7 hours of work is not a great system.

Streamline some processes

Spent too much time and mindless effort reviewing 1099B for capital gains. You should set your defaults to keep the user from all this repetitive scrolling and clicking. Also, too many reminders trying to get user to pay for upgrades.
