Turbo Tax is the best.

Did not follow the same as last year. Kind of threw me off. Was faster except for one of my banks did not automatically download. Everything seemed just too easy. Because of that, I was overly cautious. Next year should be a breeze. Thank you for such a great product.

Why am I paying and others are doing it for Free

Using the product is great. What I don't understand is why I was charged $128 to file federal and state when I did another person's returns and it cost them nothing. I did NOT sign up for anything extra. This is the second year in a row this has happened.

Remembers my info year to year to make it easy

Pretty easy to use, I like the way the system remembers my info and automatically enters it from the previous year. Being able to take a picture of the W2 to enter the info on there is great too.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I have become somewhat disappointe

Well, I have used this program for years and the last two years I have been somewhat disappointed because I cannot see a running total of additions or losses while I work. I contemplated using another software or just paying someone to do my taxes because of this. Unless this changes, I may not use the program again.
