Nice to have call for answers to my questions

My taxes this year seemed a little more difficult as forms had changed or been deleted. I was able to get a call from a nice gentleman was walked me through my issue and everything looks good.

Not so great this year.

I have been doing our taxes on Turbo Tax for years. This year it was a lot more difficult and time consuming. Federal was good but trying to get our state taxes to work was very frustrating. I probably spent a good 20 hour this year trying to get things correct. Could be my fault but I am frustrated. Wondering if the federal information is not going into the state correctly. Finally had to print off my Georgia taxes and will send them in by mail.

user friendly experience. I've tried different platforms but turbo tax is the most intuitive to use, just more expensive than other platforms.

for some reson this year took me longer then other years i don't know why when i took a picture of my w-2 it entered my info wrong i had to go back and fix was not to happy about that
