TO MANY HIDDEN FEES

THE AFTER FEE ARE KILLER. EDUCATION IS HIDDEN AND YOU HAVE TO WORK TO FIND THE DEDUCTIONS. WILL PROBABLY FILE PAPER NEXT YEAR!!

TurboTax is trouble

I just wrote a whole paragraph and it disappeared which is about par for the course of trying to work with Turbotax this year. It has been a good experience in years past. Today, after charging me $78 for efiling, you decided I would have to print and mail-in the Fed and both state forms. And you twice charged me $89 for using your computer after the Fed and both state files were initially rejected because somebody in the Fed didn't know what he was doing. I will be looking for a better option next year.
