Lots of Great Features and Easy to Use!

I had multiple sources of income (e.g., employment, retirement annuity, Social Security benefits, dividends, etc.) and was able to easily upload PDF versions of the supporting documents. TurboTax accurately pulled the numbers from each document uploaded, which resulted in the automatic entry of Income, Taxes Withheld, and Estimated Taxes Paid numbers.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Unhappy with how often TurboTax tries to push upgrading from one service level to another while doing my taxes. Wasn't very thrilled either that a $40 fee for paying from my return wasn't disclosed until the very end where going back to change it and pay by card would have been an extra 15-20 min process.

Great help on the phone from Kaheshia. She allowed me to change two forms with information I could not change without restarting the sections. She provided great help viewing my forms on my computer.
